DESCRIPTION:The Allston Brighton Homebuyer Program is a down payment and closing cost assistance program that enhances the assistance available to eligible households purchasing a property in the neighborhoods of Allston or Brighton. The program is administered by the Boston Home Center and marketed by the Allston Brighton CDC. It provides up to $50\,000 of assistance to help households overcome the potential barriers to homeownership that a down payment and closing costs can often create.
