Morgan Chase to hold a virtual Homebuying 101 class on the following dates: \nTuesday\, May 19th @ 5-8PM\nWednesday\, May 20th @ 5-8PM\nThursday\, May 21st @ 5-8PM \nEach class will be held on Zoom.  \nHomebuying 101 is a 9-hour course\, covered over 3 sessions. Topics covered include: \n\nBudgeting\, Savings & Credit\nObtaining a Mortgage\nHousing Search\nThe Legal Aspects of Buying a Home\nHome Inspection\nHome Insurance\nDown Payment Assistance Programs\n\nGraduates of this course receive a certificate that grants access to down payment assistance\, Mass Housing Partnership’s ONE Mortgage\, MassHousing mortgages\, HUD mortgages\, home ownership lotteries\, and lender first time homebuyer mortgages. The certificate is accepted statewide for first time homebuyer education and is valid for 2 years with an option to renew for 1 additional year. \nRegistration for the class is $50/person. By registering for the class\, you are registering for three (3) sessions. You must attend all three sessions in order to receive your certificate of completion.
