Please join us in welcoming our newest Board member, Greg Rittchen! Greg is the Director of Real Estate Assets at Caritas Communities, Inc. and hopes to utilize his knowledge to support the ABCDC in its endeavors. Greg held a variety of roles prior to joining Caritas, including positions in affordable housing consulting, affordable housing finance, and commercial brokerage. Greg serves as a guest lecturer at Boston University’s Certificate Program in Real Estate Finance and was previously a member of Rebuilding Together’s Boston Chapter. Greg received his BA from Colgate University, where he majored in Philosophy.

In his free time Greg enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Greg lives in Brighton with his wife, Maria, and their cat, Uma Purrman. Greg and Maria regularly stroll their neighborhood in Brighton, where it is not uncommon to run into a friendly neighbor. That special sense of community Allston/Brighton provides is something Greg is passionate about maintaining and building upon in his role as a Board Member.
