We are so excited to announce that our annual All Bright Night Celebration will be on November 12th at the WGBH studios in Brighton! We can’t wait to join together and celebrate with our community partners and neighbors.
Did you know that ABCDC had our first annual meeting back in 1981 and over 70 people came out? When the CDC was first founded, they focused on maintaining neighborhood parks and public spaces, as well as looking for spaces in the neighborhood to develop more affordable housing. Now, we still develop housing but we also serve our residents, increase community involvement in development, and offer education to first-time homebuyers. We are excited to continue this legacy and have another successful event this year!
All Bright Night is a great event where you can enjoy delicious food, buy an auction item, and chat with members of your community. In the past, we have had the event at the Warrior Ice Arena, the Harvard Ceramics Studio, and Swissbäkers. We can’t wait to work with WGBH this year and check out their studio space. This event is a great time to reflect on this past year and celebrate future plans in our community. We hope you’ll join us!
