Please join us in welcoming our new Board member, Chloe Anne McElligott (she/her/hers, White, Irish-Scottish-Lithuanian). Chloe is the Director of Outreach and Engagement at the Massachusetts Afterschool Partnership. Chloe earned her Master’s in Social Work in Macro Practice from the Boston University School of Social Work in May 2021. During her time there, she interned with the Southern Jamaica Plain Health Center and with former Boston City Councilor Andrea J. Campbell.

Chloe is passionate about practice with children, youth and families, and social and racial justice and equity work. She is excited to continue to work with the ABCDC and aid in building their youth programs like Brighton Future Forward, where she really enjoys spending time each week!

Chloe loves living in Allston Brighton and is so thankful for all the wonderful people she has met here so far. Some of her favorite places in the neighborhood have included Mr. Music, Boston Boxing and Fitness, and Ringer Park. She loves singing, playing and listening to music, and is finishing up her first EP this spring!
