We are so excited to announce that Meghan Monson is taking over a new position as Homeownership and Counseling Programs Manager! Meghan was our Homeownership Programs Coordinator for almost 3 years and has proven herself as an asset to the Allston Brighton community and an expert in teaching first-time homebuyers. She is a HUD-certified housing counselor who has been integral in the growth of our Homeownership programs.

Before her work at the CDC, Meghan lived in Montana where she coordinated affordable housing programs in a position with Habitat for Humanity. With a minor in Spanish and two study abroad experiences in Latin America, she enjoys practicing her dual language skills. She is excited to take on this new responsibility to create housing solutions and foster equitable progress in this neighborhood.
