ABCDC is pleased to welcome Noah Coolidge, our new Real Estate Development Project Manager. Noah will be a key part of our real estate team as we embark on several rehabilitations and new development projects. Noah is a recent graduate of the Heller School for Social Policy and Management with Masters’ degrees in Business Administration and Public Policy, where he studied housing policy and nonprofit management. He is passionate about affordable housing development, public transportation, and closing the racial wealth gap.  A former Allston resident, Noah previously worked for City Councilor (later Mayor) Kim Janey, serving as her Policy and Communications Director. He has also worked on numerous political campaigns throughout Boston and beyond. Noah lives in Somerville with his wife Ilana and their two rabbits, Bagel and Cookie.
