We are pleased to announce that construction just began on the innovative Deep Energy Retrofit (DER) at Brian J. Honan Apartments in Allston. The construction period will last approximately 18-months and building improvements will directly improve the health and comfort of the 109 residents who call this property home. This highly anticipated and groundbreaking project is expected to reduce energy usage at the site by 62% and carbon emissions by 51%.
