Homebuying 202 is a workshop that covers the purchase and ownership of a condominium unit. Because there are special considerations when buying a Condo, this workshop prepares future condo owners for success. It highlights how the purchase process can differ as well as the extra regulations and expectations placed on a condo unit owner.

This condominium purchase and ownership workshop is provided with funding from the Harvard Allston Partnership Fund. Residents of Lower Allston/North Brighton are encouraged to attend, as well as anyone interested in purchasing a condominium in Massachusetts.

Registration for the class is $25/person. By registering for the class, you are registering for two (2) sessions. You must attend both sessions in order to complete the class.
