We are excited to announce that ABCDC has received a commitment of funding from a local developer to help us renovate our Hano Homes property. Recently, the proposed development at 449 Cambridge Street in Allston was approved by the BPDA  As part of the process of developing a mitigation package on neighborhood impacts the developer, Anchor Line Partners, committed up to $1 million to help address much needed capital repairs at the deeply affordable housing development.

Hano Homes is a 20-unit rental property, comprised of 10 family-sized rowhouses on Hano Street. This building was purchased by ABCDC in the early 80’s and was most recently renovated in 2003. We are looking forward to updating this important property and are grateful to Anchor Line Partners for their generosity and interest in helping the Hano Street Neighborhood.
