This may be as simple as a phone conversation or email exchange or as detailed and in-depth as in person counseling with goal setting and follow up services. Each homebuyer can choose the level of service they feel meets their needs. Together, you and a counselor may work on goal setting to help develop your long-term homeownership strategy.
