ABCDC is excited to announce that we will be working in partnership with Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) and MassHousing to expand outreach for the new MassDREAMS (Delivering Real Equity And Mortgage Stability) program!

MassDREAMS is a new program that provides offers down payment, closing cost, and other forms of mortgage assistance specifically to low- and moderate-income first-time homebuyers. This program seeks to make homeownership attainable and accessible for homebuyers who may not otherwise be able to reach their goals of buying their first home. Through this program, homebuyers may qualify for up to $50,000 in grant assistance, meaning that this would not need to be paid back!

ABCDC will be offering education on this new program at all our upcoming Homebuying 101 classes. We will also be offering monthly down payment assistance workshops covering the MassDREAMS program to offer more detailed information about this new program in both English & Spanish.
