Please join us in welcoming the newest member of our Board of Directors, Richard Hornblower (he/him/his). Rich is a Senior Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty based in Boston, with more than 17 years of experience working with buyers, sellers, and investors, with a strong focus on income restricted and affordable housing.

In 2023, Rich represented the sale of 38 income restricted homes at 21 Soldiers Field Place in Brighton, working directly with individual buyers. He specializes in working with first time home buyers and income restricted homeowners, helping them navigate complex housing programs and resale processes across Boston, and has taught Homebuyer 101 classes for the Allston Brighton Community Development Corporation.

Rich earned his B.A. from Boston University’s College of Communication and looks forward to contributing his housing expertise and local market knowledge to the Allston Brighton Community Development Corporation. He is excited to work with the board and community to support sustainable growth in the neighborhood.
