FINDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING
As demand for centrally-located Boston neighborhoods like Allston and Brighton continues to grow, so do rents, making it difficult for low- and moderate-income renters to stay in the neighborhood. Allston Brighton CDC owns more than 500 rental units in Allston Brighton, we work hard to ensure renters have affordable options and can access additional resources that will help them remain in the area as it evolves.
To apply for an Allston Brighton CDC apartment, please contact our property management company, Maloney Properties. Maloney Properties handles all housing applications directly.

All Bright Community Center
In 2017, Allston Brighton CDC opened the All Bright Community Center at 1287B
Commonwealth Ave to better serve families living in our affordable rental housing. We’ve partnered with local organizations to provide food pantries, yoga classes, financial coaching, in-depth case management, coffee hours, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), and more to residents of Allston Brighton CDC rental properties.
In addition to our affordable housing preservation efforts, we help residents of our housing with a variety of additional services, from financial coaching to accessing assistance with their utility bills. We seek to be both an advocate and a resource center for every resident living in our properties.
