We are excited to announce that we recently received a funding award from Eversource via ABCD’s Low-Income Energy Affordability Network (LEAN) program. This support will allow us to purchase and install a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat pump system for our new property at 6 Quint Ave in Allston. This new Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system is all electric, which means the building will be free of oil heat!  This system will provide both heating and cooling, ensuring that the residents at 6 Quint Ave will be safe and comfortable in all seasons.
