The construction team just started the demo at our 6 Quint Avenue project in Allston! Once complete, this project will create 14 deeply affordable units of housing for folks in the advanced stages of addiction recovery.

This project is being made possible by a number of funding sources including BlueHub Capital, the City of Boston, The Davis Company, and the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). We would also like to thank our project partners Bald Hill Builders, The Narrow Gate, and Maloney Properties for all of their hard work.
