Allston Brighton Community Development Corporation

Working together, building community

Our new All Bright Homes property at 90 Easton Street is almost ready to be listed! After several months of renovations, our team is putting on the final touches to make sure that all three condos are ready to be sold.

Our contractors worked tirelessly on renovations and updates to the 2-bedroom 2-bathroom units. One of the main updates in the house was adding an en suite to the master bedroom. We also installed new windows, a new roof, and landscaped the entire lot.

Our All Bright Homes Program combats the low owner-occupancy rate in Allston Brighton. The owner-occupancy rate in Allston Brighton is approximately 21%, compared to 36% citywide. When 90 Easton goes on the market, all potential buyers must agree to an owner-occupancy deed restriction to make sure that whoever buys the condos actually lives there. This means that less investors have the opportunity to buy properties and raise prices which continuously keeps homes out of reach for many families. Our property at 90 Easton is a step in the right direction to allow more people to stay in Allston long-term.

New owners will have access to local parks, the Charles River, cafés, restaurants, farmers markets, and art and music venues. We want to improve access to this close-knit community and we can’t wait to show buyers these beautiful condos!

Stay tuned for information about the properties including open houses.
