Please join us in welcoming our new Community Engagement Intern, Sophia Hebert (she/her). Sophia is originally from Westwood, Massachusetts. She is currently a rising junior at Boston University studying political science with a minor in history on a pre-law track. She is a writer for BU’s Daily Free Press and a member of BU student government’s city affairs department. She is also a DJ on WTBU, and an active member of Phi Alpha Delta, BU’s pre-professional law fraternity. She joined the Allston Brighton CDC to learn more about community work and housing justice and hopes to work in the field after she has graduated. In her free time, she loves to cook, listen to music, read, and spend time with her family and friends.
