We are excited to announce that the City of Boston is providing $2 million to ABCDC to assist in the acquisition of 6 Quint Avenue in Allston. This property is an existing single-room occupancy building that will be renovated and converted into 15 units, 14 of which will be permanently affordable supportive housing units for extremely low-income individuals in recovery.
